Důvodempřesunu termínu, či přesněji jeho návratu do úvodu roku, jsou klimatické podmínky v Africe, které ny mohly ohrozit průběh závodu a také bezpečnost jeho účastníků. Nový termín Africa Eco Race je konkrétně 30.12.2023 – 14.1.2024, což přesně koresponduje i s termínem Dakaru. Hmmmm.
