This have been a problem for so long I don’t have any faith in Samsung ever fixing it. It might be a carrier thing though.. I actually found this thread by doing a Google search just now to see if the problem persists. I had the note 8, note 9 x2(the store thought the first one was faulty), note 10, note 20 ultra and S21 ultra.
