I need help! My 2001 Grand Cherokee has developed a problem with the right turn signals. I checked the rear lights and replaced them. I checked the front turn signal lights and replaced them. Replaced the flasher module. Replaced the turn signal module. I Still can't get them to operate.

I checked the hazards and they wokred fine. All of the other steering column functions (headlights, wipers, etc) worked fine too. Then, after about 20 minutes of driving the turn When you use the right turn signal the voltage is feeding back to the negative side of the flasher relay so it doesn't have enough voltage across it to allow it to operate. A bad ground on the left side can feed back into the wiper switch via the washer pump and cause the wipers to come on if the headlights or horn are used. 97 TJ 4.0L Sport. I've read through many of the LED and AlfaOBD threads on this forum and followed what others have done which has helped me in the conversions I've already done, which are: Rear brake light LEDs. Rear turn signal LEDs. Rear UK light set up. Rear reverse light LEDs. Front fog light LEDs. Front high beam LEDs. 2. Check each of the turn signal light bulbs. Check each of the turn signal light bulbs, especially the bulbs that you found not working. Most often, a bulb that burns out triggers a problem with the turn signal relay. 3. pull the front and rear turn bulbs, all pairs, and inspect the dual wire filament inside. Sometimes they burn out and drape across, and short to ground, thus blowing the fuse. To my knowledge, turn signals go through 2 fuse cavities under the dash, and one under the hood high power distribution center. again, pull the front and rear turn bulbs

Remove it, clean it, and set aside. The top slider for the blinkers and be pushed down (as seen in the photo) and and it will come out. Dont force it, there is a pin under that connects to the cancellation switch (white rocker on the side). A couple weeks ago my they stop working for a couple of days and then the left turn signal would stay solid when the headlights were on. When then headlights were off nothing at all. I found that the driverside lens was crack on Then the center might not be working because the bulb is bad or the 2 button contacts on the tailgate may not be making good contact or the brake light switch on the brake pedal could be bad (which will affect all 3). There are 3 different fuses involved so it is not likely all are bad but check them. Check fuse 2 (brake lights) & 13 (signals Turn on the lights. If you can't see the speedo - than the 10Amp fuse is bum. It's one on the front most edge of the fuse box IIRC. If you need, I can snap a picture of my fuse box today after work. 1. Turn signals or hazards do not function. The most common symptom of a bad or failing turn signal / hazard flasher is hazards or turn signal lights that do not function. If the flasher breaks or has any internal issues it can cause the lights to malfunction, or not respond at all when the turn signal lever or hazard light button are pressed
